At Windows & SQL Programmers
Ltd, we are committed to protecting your privacy
and to developing technology
that gives you the most powerful and secure online
experience. You can travel through most of our site
without giving us any information about yourself.
But sometimes we do need information to provide services
that you request, and this statement of privacy explains
data collection and use in those situations. This
privacy statement explains data collection and use
practices of WinSQL.com; it does not apply to other
online or offline Windows & SQL Programmers sites,
products or services.
Collecting your Personal
Information
We
will ask you when we need information that personally
identifies you (personal information) or allows
us to contact you. Generally, this information
is requested
when you are requesting information on our services, ordering e-mail newsletters,
or when registering for us to call you. Personal information collected by WinSQL.com
often is limited to name, address, company name, telephone number, e-mail address,
language, country or location, but may include other information when needed
to provide a service you requested.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information
in order to improve the design and functionality
of our website and to share with advertisers. For
example, we may tell an advertiser that X number
of individuals visited a certain area on our website,
but we would not disclose anything that could be
used to identify those individuals. From each user
visiting our site we collect the time of visit, the
pages visited, the referring site (where appropriate),
the hostname of the user, the browser used, and in
some cases, a user's mouse-trail on the front page.
Again, it's important to stress that this information
is collected and processed in aggregate, and no attempt
is made to link this information back to the user,
or to identify them from the information provided.

Use of Cookies
To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, WINSQL.com collects
site-visitation statistics using cookies. We only use this information in

use this technology to access your personally identifiable information on WinSQL.com;
it is a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about WinSQL.com web site

not allow other companies to place clear gifs on our sites.
If you choose to not have your
browser accept cookies from the WinSQL.com web site,

view the text on the screens, however you will not
experience a personalized visit nor will you be able
to subscribe to the service offerings on the site.
